Amazon has announced that Wondery signed an agreement to join Amazon Music.
Wondery is known for creating and producing such podcasts as “Dirty John,” “Dr. Death,” “Business Wars,” and “The Shrink Next Door”.
The company assured that when the deal closes, nothing will change for listeners, and they’ll continue to be able to access Wondery podcasts through a variety of providers.
Amazon Music launched podcasts in September 2020, and together with Wondery, they are expected to accelerate the growth and evolution of podcasts.
We’ve reported that Thrasio, a large acquirer of Amazon FBA businesses, announced a commitment of €200 million.
