All of CVS Pharmacy 8,200 stores across the country will use this payment solution
PayPal has announced that CVS Pharmacy will be the first national retailer to integrate PayPal and Venmo QR code technology in its checkout experience.
PayPal’s partnership with payments technology company InComm will allow shoppers to safely pay for their items eliminating the need to touch a keypad or sign a receipt.
According to the report, shoppers will be able to pay using stored debit or credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal balance, or PayPal Credit.
With Venmo QR Codes, customers can pay using their stored debit or credit cards, bank account, Venmo balance, or Venmo Rewards.
What is more, PayPal doesn’t charge fees when paying with PayPal or Venmo QR codes.
